If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered my transmission from them a month ago.

Now I am very well aware that sometimes these products take long in assembly/testing. This is understandable and reasonable. But what has infuriated me is the fact that this company places zero emphasis on customer service. Throughout the entire process, I have had to be the one to reach out and get updates on the status of my order.

Most of the time that I tried to get on the phone with someone, no one answered. If I did manage to get on the phone with them, the people who could help me were never available. They were never able to give me a transparent status update, and they always deferred to reaching out to me by email later on which they NEVER did. Honestly their efforts have been nothing short of pathetic.
Dealing with them was such a pain in the neck that I cancelled my order with them.

It's also safe to say that getting the refund has been just as much a headache. I think I've called their status order team like thirty times, and they've only answered a handful of times.

But the richest part of it all is that if you select to speak with a rep to make a new order they answer right away. They want your money not your business.

Which is my transformation in july of 2023 one of the big reasons I went with them is because I had heard they made incredible transmissions, and when speaking to the salesperson was told they're going to have my training in approximately 2 weeks.
The first training they sent out, it would not fit my car and they did not have the specs for my 2011 ctsv. And built it to the regular specs of a, cts, they admitted that they did not have that's specs, but still insisted that my mechanic put the training back.

Take the measurement, made them jump through the Ringer. Sending pictures and costing me over 1500 in mechanic fees after wasting another month. Leash, they finally agreed to take it back ken told me they were doing me a favor by not charging me shipping to do so. That was very nice of them even though they sent me the wrong translation long story short.

Over 4 months later, I received my transmission, I live in the white mountains of New Hampshire, so I could not use my car until the spring of 2024. Where I got 2400 miles out of it and the transmission blew. No idea what but I contacted them. I had to bring it back to the dealership where I had the works.

Done, and they had to now fill out a lot of documents with pictures measurements. And God knows what else they were asking for. This has cost me about another $1100. How here I am?
3 and a 1/2 months later, finally, I got in touch with someone from the warrant department again, after I paid over $500 to ship it back to them from their shipping company, and they don't know where my transmission is.

They just asked me if I shipped it back. So well, over a year ago i spent over $10000 worth of monster transmissions. Another $5000 approximately with my mechanic. Not including what they're going to charge me for storage.

And the recent work they've had to do since I'm being told they're not sure if they even received it. After I've called multiple times Customer service is horrendous. Their lack of consideration unbelievable. I would not wish they drop APS on this company if it was on fire.

I am now looking into legal option. After them, we're losing my car for free 2 years, because by the time they find it, we're gonna be a new one it will be winter again. And then we'll not be able to use this vehicle until next frame. Which was like, 2 years without my car and only being able to use it for a practical half a month outrageous.
They should be embarrassed.

How about their lack of service? And I really hope that eventually, with all these battery views, someone shut them down so they stopped ripping people off That'd rather have my money taken at gunpoint? I'm from a masked bandit, at least they did some.Type of work to earn it. If only I could give negative start, I would.

Look up all the reviews on this company. If you still purchase from them, you're an idiot.I wish I had looked up the.Reviews, instead of just listening to tv commercials.

Wow this company. I order a custom built transmission for my 95 e350 on 1/4/24.

When I ordered it I thought I was going to get a good transmission due to the text and "that they were checking the transmission with out team of engineers to make sure it's the best" and as kid watching them put them in trucks on Spike. I received it on 1/23/24. When it arrived I opened the box to discover a bolt on the bottom of the pallet. Upon further inspection there was 2 stripped transmission pan bolt.

Attached photo show no threads.
So I called and they said we will get our WOWanty on it. It took 14 days to get them to review there video. It still on the pallet it came in. So I asked for a refund it's still in the original packaging and if I need to ill bring it back.

No we can't do that. They said I can take somewhere to have it fix and they can see about approving the repair. I asked to talk to a manager I am still waiting.
You better off ordering a transmission of Tumu or a junk yard Transmission vs from this company.
Poor workmanship, Poor customer service, Poor everything. The biggest this is that they lie to the customer.

They say quality is their #1 priority and that they check it. If that pan bolt was torqued at proper specs it should.have been could before it left there shop.
Transmission still on the pallet still waiting for answers.
