BBB OF HERNANDO COUNTY, 27 COMPLAINTS AGAINST MONSTER.727-535-5522ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE 4 COMPLAINTS850-414-3600PISSEDCONSUMER COMPLAINTS, OVER 50RIPOFF REPORT COMPLAINTSMEASUREDUP.COM COMPLAINTSTOOK BACK TRANSMISSION WITH 42K MILES (UNDER WARRANTY)MADE BOGUS CLAIM OF WHY UNIT WASNT WORKING IN REVERSE, OVERRIDE (ASE CERTIFIED MECHANICS INSPECTION ) AND SAID HE WAS WRONG WITH HIS FINDINGS.IF THE UNIT HAD DENTS IN PAN AND CAUSED THE PUMP NOT TO FUNCTION, THEN WHY WAS IT ONLY WORKING IN THE FORWARD GEARS AND NOT THE REVERSE?

AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE? DUH.

THEY DID NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY BECAUSE OF SUCH A CLAIM AND WANTED TO CHARGE 800.00 TO FIX IT...THEN MGR JOSH MERCADO TOOK DOWN THE PRICE FOR ME TO 400.00 BUT WHEN HE SAW I POSTED HERE, THE PRICE WENT BACK TO 800.00..DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Monetary Loss: $4500.
