After placing an order for their Mega Monster in a box rebuild kit it took 10 days before they shipped, when I received the parts I was very disappointed to see that the parts they sent me were basically stock replacement parts, there was nothing high performance about this. I called 5 times over the period of a month to try and return the parts and finally got to Javier the customer service manager.

He informed me that they do not accept returns after 30 days ( even though I had only had the kit 2 weeks) but in my case he would " do me a favor" and they would make an exception but their return policy includes a 25%! restocking fee. Basically it is going to cost me $168 dollars plus shipping the parts back because they completely misrepresented the parts they are selling.

Do not buy anything from these guys, they will send you junk and rob you for their restocking fee. STAY AWAY!

I called the same day it was delivered to return the parts and finally got to the customer service manager several days latter and she said that you do not need a RMA use your order number and the original receipt.

So I'm sending all this junk back today and lets see how long it will take for a refund and at that how much money they will rob me for. Their return policy includes a 25%! restocking fee. Basically it is going to cost me $168 dollars plus shipping the parts back because they completely misrepresented the parts they are selling.

The client purchased the Monster-in-a-box rebuild kit from Monster Transmission & Performance on 11/22. Due to the extended holiday weekend (Thanksgiving), the order was shipped from Monster Transmission on 11/30.

The product was delivered to the client on 12/7/16. On 1/17/16, the client called in stating that he wanted to return the kit. When asked why, the client responded that he found a better deal having his transmission rebuilt at a local shop. While we respect the client's decision to have the transmission rebuilt locally, there are a few factors to consider:

*As with many companies, there is a period of time within which a return would be accepted.

Monster Transmission's return policy is 30 days. Despite the fact that the client had exceeded this time frame, Monster Transmission has agreed to allow the client to return the product.

*As with many companies, Monster Transmission employs a restocking fee on returned items. This fee covers costs that include, but are not limited to:

+Payment processing fee to process initial payment.

+Labor costs to assemble the product.

+Shipping cost(s) to ship the product to the client.

+Cost to restock the product on the shelf +Payment processing fee to process refund. All of these factors play a vital role in the implementation of the return/ refund policy. Despite the fact that the product has exceeded the 30 day refund time allotment, we have still offered to issue the client a refund on the returned product less a mere 25% restocking fee.

Again, we can appreciate the fact that the client has elected to go a different route with his transmission build. We also appreciate that the reader(s) understand that there are always two sides to every story and the client for providing a venue to share Monster Transmission's.
