Purchased a transmission on 3/16/18 and paid extra expedited service. After not meeting their shipping date I was informed that it would be 3-4 more weeks due to them not having any cores of my style of transmission in stock.

I cancelled my order and then they informed me of a restocking fee. A fee for something they don't have in stock. Don't let their initial politeness foll you. They are a bad company with a go D sales pitch that does not take know for an answer.

I tried to cancel at the initial order but they asked me into the sale. I guess a restocking fee is as good as the total sale. My sales man was Nathan M.

Hollingshead at extension 4486. Nice guy at sale but then has a young lady call to inform you of bogus charges.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.
