My transmission went out on my Ford F350 Super Duty. Waited nearly 2 months to have it shipped to my mechanic and put in my truck.

Paid for the transmission and left the shop on March 6, 2018. Within a month, reverse started to go out and went completely out on May 4, 2018. I took it to a different shop with warranty on hand.

Monster Transmission said I have to pay to have the transmission removed, shipped to/from Monster Transmission, and also have to pay to have it put into my truck. I don't have the money to pay for all this, as I just spent so much money two months ago on this bad transmission.

Product or Service Mentioned: Transmission.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $4500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Super hard shifts that make it impossible to drive, Quality, Warranty, Poor quality trans, Costumer service and delivery time of orders processed.
